Grace is what we’re given.
We aren’t told we have to earn it.
We just have to accept it.
In the New Testament, Jesus tells us that we can’t buy our way into “heaven”.
That’s because we are already there.
We just have to accept.
We all know that money and fame won’t buy happiness. If you doubt that, all you have to do is read newspaper headlines.
If we can bring ourselves, our thoughts, into alignment with the Universe, we’ll automatically begin to see and experience more and more blessings. They’ll be attracted into our presence. And the more we appreciate those blessings, the more will come our way. The happier we are, the happier we can become.
Just rest today.
Rest in the Divine presence.
Be grateful for It. Be thankful, be appreciative, be content.
Allow those blessings intended for you room to come and visit. Open a space in your heart and mind for Good to stay. Decorate that space with love. Hang curtains made of joy. Build furniture out of prayers. Open the windows to let the breezes of gratitude and mindfulness blow gently in. Then open the door and invite the Divine presence in for a coffee, maybe even for a weekend.
